Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In case of any dispute related to these terms or our services, we agree to first attempt to resolve it through direct negotiation. If we do not reach a resolution within 60 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before initiating any judicial proceeding. Any controversy not resolved through negotiation or mediation will be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.

By registering with Amanah Academia, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for personal educational purposes, in accordance with these terms. This license includes: Access to courses you have enrolled in during the validity period of your subscription. Right to view, stream, and download (when available) content for your personal use. Ability to participate in discussion forums and interactive activities related to your courses. This license automatically terminates if you breach these terms or when you decide to cancel your account.
Restrictions
The following is strictly prohibited: Copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or disseminating any content from our courses without express written authorization. Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on our content. Using our materials to teach third parties or for commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of our platform. Bypassing or attempting to bypass any content protection measures or access restrictions. Using robots, spiders, or other automated means to access our services. Any unauthorized use of our content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in immediate termination of your account and possible legal actions.
